Rachel Bolden-Kramer
baby momma
In 2017 I published My Food Stamps Cookbook: EBT-Priced Radical Nutrition, a holistic guide to achieving optimal wellbeing regardless of income. My nutrition practice provides support to all beings along their journey to parenthood, offering culinary services, life coaching, and transformational fertility and birth services. I move and inspire my clients before, during and after pregnancy to feel their most powerful and resourced. In 2020 I founded the Black Baby Joy postpartum support circle to bridge the gap in postpartum maternal health care during the COVID 19 pandemic.
Since publishing my cookbook, I have guided my clients toward radical wellness, breakthroughs in financial solvency, and transformative self-care. I have been featured in Food52, The Penny Hoarder, and on the cover of Edible SF magazine. My daughter, Issa and I are featured in the permanent Food Change photo mural on the SF Ferry building as prominent experts in the food justice movement.
I’ve Partnered With Some Brilliant People
“What a lovely turn of events when I was introduced to you at the festival in Oakland! Your cookies were off the chain but more than that, I had the honor of connecting to a profoundly dedicated and brilliant human being! Food as medicine is so critical and your ability to bring that to people in a way that they could understand is outstanding, Rachel! I know you had to juggle so much, and so I am so grateful that you were as generous as you were with your time and energy!”
